The video contains an extremely important mistake. You said the sea is rising by 200 centimeters a year which is 2 meters. It is more like 200 mm and even that is disputed.
Also, the buildings have almost nothing to do with the sinking, really the ONLY reason Jakarta and Dhaka and other countries major cities are in danger of flooding, is because they have pumped out the ground water for crops and drinking water. Jakarta has sunk, on average, 7 meters due to ground water being pumped out.

The sea patch project will fail. They have not been able to overcome the problem of garbage and the irregular vault system, how do they want to overcome natural disasters?
