I like the valet guy. It's not the same walking into the casino and he's not there. Out of all the people that stand outside the casino the valet guy is the only one who will respect you say hello and ask how you are. Others will make cheeky remarks or blab on about crazy stuff in their life.

I've only ever killed the valet guy a couple times, following NPC's is weird, I'd rather shoot the person who I stole the car from, I have no uses for boats and putting bombs on them then having to swim back is a no-go for pretty much %99 no-one does, also no-one actually goes to the shoe store...
