READ PLEASE!!! its not about fitness or fat concent - its basically the inflammation of a tissue under the skin that holds 3D structure of all layers - it can be caused by insulin (high carb diet), chronic high cortisol, estrogen imbalances and consequently - collagen degradation. NUTRITIOUS DIET_LESS STRESS_NO INSULIN spikes_SLEEP_SPORT_MASSAGE etc but without changing diet and improving metabolism it will not

How do you break the band? I want all my bands broken!! Lol I have so much on my booty and back and side of my thighs. Hate wearing shorts and just want to feel confident again 😢

I can't help but think that our bodies naturally have those bands for a reason. Like doesn't our skin need to be attached to what's below it? maybe we should stretch those bands rather than breaking them. And also reduce too much fat. I'm looking into fascia stretching exercises

I’m 23 and always had thick thighs even when I was super skinny, now that I’ve gained some weight in a short period of time you can see a little bit of cellulite, I started going to the gym doing cardio and strength training and that helps get rid of the cellulite and you look more toned. I also started dry brushing for softer skin and lymphatic drainage. The only way to get rid of cellulite is to just train or get surgery.

I have a question: when I was very active, using my muscles quite a bit. I didn’t have any cellulite the last few years I have gradually been less active and the last year I was completely sedentary, and now I have substantially more cellulite. Was my muscle activation holding the fat below the fascia all that time? Why do I have cellulite now that I have less muscle tone?

So how do I break the band to get rid of or minimize cellulite? I do cardio, strength training, intermittent fasting, and eat right, but I still can’t get rid of it!

Debbie downer 😂 I got rid of my cellulite by eating healthier and by working out, I believe dry brushing is an added bonus.

Dry brush for exfoliation and circulation then use a oil and a Gua sha to remove the the cellulite 😊
