I think that you had a water pump somewere pumping the water in a loop at the one with the hose, but this concept can actualy work if you use a superfluid like liquid helium.

My guess is a second hidden hose connected to the visible hose. I think thats where the water is comming from.

Up hill motion of solid double cone..is it PMM...? What if changed with center of gravity of double cone shell filled with 3/4 of mercury and float a small iron ball in mercury.. Is tge system more unstable.. To run uphill..???

Try building a cylinder and spheres (youtube Delburt Phend) and then explain the motion of the spheres when the cylinder is stopped. And if you think energy is conserved then explain why Newton’s Three Laws of Motion are false.

il moto perpetuo si puo fare non con le ruote ma con un gioco di leveche trasmette il moto 1 a 1 con un qualcosa che non posso dire questo lo si puo vedere su Youtube scrivendo MOLTIPLICATORE DI POTENZA dove con un motore di 1.5 KW che fa 1400 giri che vengono ridotti a 40 questo e la velocita che collego un generatore che da 13 KW dopo aver aumentato i numeri di giri a 1600

See your problem is your using the water the WRONG Fluid. Use a non newtonian fluid like Polyethylene Glycol.
