I can completely relate to how you are feeling. The last 6 months have been incredibly traumatic and despite trying to just slow down, simplify and reset, I’ve found that not just because of the last 6 months but also the last few years, I have felt so out of alignment that I too feel like my joy has been taken away. Just trying to stay on an even keel has felt like a full time job.
I want to reignite my love for creativity and baking and joy of the simple things.

I enjoy your videos, I know finding joy is hard, I put the word joy in my bathroom so I can see it everyday, it helps me, I started to do it about a year ago as I was entering a journey that could totally had put me in a wrong state of mind but I am a woman of faith, I put myself at the feet of Jesus and still am and ask to find joy in the moments were I felt weak and could not even be standing on my own 2 feet all I did and do is say Lord I need you today, God has provided the right doctors, nurses my prayer army and my wonderful husband and my family, I am better and still working on getting my body strong one day at a time and I am learning to give myself grace, You are an amazing creator and you work hard and it will pay off, one day at a time, Praying for you.

Doing my nails started as a hobby, and I totally get how you can lose interest when your hobby turns into a job. I've been there, worked for a brand once, and it was seriously rough. Now, being a content creator on social media, I feel like there's all this pressure to do more. It's kinda wild!

I was on creative drive and decided to creative field for profession, slowly lost my drives 8years ago and 5 yeara ago it turned into worse i get aphantasia, it was more bc of some psychological issues bc life were bad for me at that point.
Still recovering, but it seems to get better i re diaciplone myself and picking up pieces back.
You can do it !! Love and hugs, fon't give up we can always have new ignition
