Can MSc First Year Students Write CSIR NET Exam?

Unless you are 27 years old you can reappear for exam for jrf
once u get jrf, you can't enroll again

My PG will be completed by June 2026.

Can i appear in December 2024 Net exam.Will it's qualification be valid considering my M.A degree is completed within 1.5 years of Qualifying NET ?
