Instead of catching ice cream it's you catch Dylan's hands lol. Honestly though that's ridiculous that people was doing that to you. Of course they probably never even stopped by once you did open. I'm surprised they wasn't protesting with signs. You are amazing and always fun to watch and learn things through your videos. I'm 38 and there was a amazing ice cream shop where I live that was open when I was a kid. It was called scoop's and it had a 50's feel to it. But it was connected to subway so when they closed subway took over and expanded.

One of the bad reviews was me. I went there on your opening week and tbh I didn’t like it at all. One ball was like $6 it had hardly any Ice cream in it. I mean you can see it in the video, when he cuts into the balls you can see you get mostly chocolate and no Ice cream… So yeah, I was pretty underwhelmed and left a review specially cuz of the price

Some of the bad reviews kind of make sense like there was an online forum discussing how it didn’t make sense why the ice cream needed to be be diced to bits. I know it’s because of the whole chop chop fold thing but it kinda makes it look less appetizing. It looked fine just being served in its original ball form. Also people found the price point to be too expensive

I heard lots of bad reviews of people saying that the ice cream to topping ratio was way off. Like it was 80% strawberry shortcake and 20% ice cream and judging by the photos it look’s accurate enough
