Mam,
i did my semen analysis:
my sperm volume is 3ML, liquifies with in 30 mins, sperm count is 156 M/ejaculate, sperm concentration is 52m/mL, morphology is 12% and motality is 40%.

But my progressive motality is 30% and vitality is 55%, do I need to worry and take any step? I am not married, before marraige I want to clear about everything so I am doing these tests. My testostorne is 3.7 ng/mL. I am 32 years old male, I am obese and trying to loose weight.
