I'm more concerned about the brown recluse spiders over the black widow. The black widow spider usually isolates itself behind something. The brown recluse can get in your clothes, get under your covers in your bed, they can be anywhere including on you while your asleep. And there's no pain from there bite. The only way you know that you've been bit by a brown recluse is a few days later you'll start breaking out.
