Drove to Philadelphia, ran a half marathon, vlogged, got b-rolls, flew a drone, ran under 1:30, and still told a great story... you're a true champion! This was extreme inspirational! thank you Casey :)

Always admired Casey for his running. I finally decided to start running last year. Lost 35 lbs in the process and ran my first full-marathon this last Spring. 100% worth it. Good job, Casey. You have converted me and likely thousands of others.

I think this applies also to creators. We keep looking at the numbers when we should focus on being better than we once were.

*This lesson can actually be applied to everything in life, not just running :)*

Way to go Casey 👍 “There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self." -Ernest Hemingway

Casey is so chill lol one hour 28 min is pretty dang fast for most ppl. That’s around 6:40ish mile pace. Good job brother, love the running videos!

Casey, I'm sure you'll never read this, but I'm a 41 year old 275 pound guy who is running my first half marathon this weekend. I started running again because I was inspired by a video you did. Really, running may be saving my life. For that, I thank you. My goal is to someday run the NYC Marathon and maybe run with you.

Nice work Casey! Honestly man you are the one who inspired me (17yo) to get up off the couch and run a marathon! I was aiming for 4hrs and I did it in 4 mins less! Thanks a lot Casey!

So true, I ran my first half marathon a few months ago, after spending a year losing weight from 102kg. The fastest I had run previous to that was about 2:05 for about a mile short of a half marathon. Ran the half marathon on the day in 1:46. So much fun running alongside thousands of other people who have their own story and their own goals, such a wicked energy to it.

Casey after finishing half a marathon: piece of cake
Me shoving a literal piece of cake down my throat: yeah man you know how everything is subjective and

Yeah, I’d run a half marathon in under 1:30 if I had a masked lunatic sticking his tongue out at me, chasing my entire time! LOL

Casey I just know that shot at 1:57 you had to stop the elevator door run back out and grab your camera

Casey, i've been teaching my daughter this very lesson recently, and she's been finding it so hard! she's super competitive and she's only 8 years old and while i get it, i'm a skater ... skater since i was in school, sponsored when i was 17, dropped out of school to be a skater. i'm now 44 and doing well for myself and my family ... i still skate and have started taking her skating in Manchester UK where we live, i just want her to understand the fact that some things you do can just be about YOU ... a thing for you, it doesn't matter about where anyone else is, just push yourself and above all it's about having fun ... weather it's skating, running, making cakes whatever ... push yourself! ... again great video Casey! Thank you! x

Watched this with my 5th grade homeschooled daughter who made the junior high XC team. I keep encouraging her along these same lines. She probably won't beat many 7th or 8th graders this year. But she keeps improving. Beating her previous time. So, if you are wondering if your content is inspiring or impacting anyone - just know that there is a homeschooled 5th grade girl in New Mexico who is stoked. Oh, and me too. I am stoked. later man.
