After my Divorce, which came so unexpectedly, I picked up my sneakers the very next day and hit the gym. Best decision I’ve ever made. It opened the doors to so much I can’t even wrap my head against. Good diet, perfect sleep, more self aware and resilient just to name a few. Funny thing is, I didn’t know what I was doing, I just needed change. Didn’t plan it, it just happened. Two and a half years later, I am completely in love with my self, I am currently the best version of myself, and it is just the beginning.
It all started with me being FREE.
