Ingredients:

An egg
An extra yolk
A serving size of rice
Soy sauce
Salt

Recipe:

1. Get some piping hot rice (either fresh or microwave some left over rice)
2. Add an egg into your rice in a bowl
3. Whisk like crazy (until it’s fluffy)
4. Top with whatever u want (scallions, kimchi, furikake, pork, mushrooms, etc.)
