Wow. This is very simple yet astonishing. Most of the other to-do apps are over-complicated with many features.

What do you recommend we do if we have both a personal and work Microsoft account? I find it easier to just use the work account for everything, since I can’t switch accounts in ToDo.

This app started off some months ago really simple but features are being added all the time, and it is now just what I need. It syncs with Outlook tasks and between devices so I can enter and track tasks on my tablets or phone.

I had downloaded this app and wasn't crazy about it. This short video changed my mind. The ability to assign specific days to tasks is huge (and not available in Wunderlist), and the ability to choose what goes in "My Day" is a great feature. Thanks!

Noticed you had the Planner app on your phone next to To-Do. How do you differentiate between the two and what do you add where?

Sharing is now available, but only at the category level. You still cannot assign individual tasks to people. Honestly I’m going to stick with Wunderlist simply because it is the most robust and it does not require a Microsoft account.
