And the person D could have brought her own lunch just like Maya at 7:26
At 8:26, the gardener could have just cleaned himself up before coming to talk to someone. It should have been either the cook, because if the maid was doing the dishes, how was the cook preparing the lunch from the morning?

Because he never opened the fishing bag and toms wife put his most adored cap in the fishing kit witch probably means he was lying about fishing .
