Who else thought of this for the first one ( the chess game) They both won two games and the last one was tie

Last one can also be 7, depending on how big the hole on the back is. It could be so big it allows us to view through both frontal holes

The thumbnail with the t-shirt has eight holes because the broken holes go right through the whole t-shirt, and then you count the holes where your body parts go in.

For the chess game one, it's also possible that they played against each other where both won two rounds each and tied the other one too.

I solved everything except the "a missing letter".

Answer to the last question is really, “a minimum of 7 holes, probably 8” (there could be one large hole behind the two holes in the front - same visual representation).
