This guy freaking killed this appointment, my goodness.

Didn't even have to specify what tips and tricks he used were, it was obvious because of the execution

Getting them to sign the disclosure when they were unsure, taking control of the whole conversation from the beginning,
Stacking your strongest counterarguments first,
Poking holes in their defense instead of being on the defense when confronted by the commission,
Indirectly justifying the commission by having such a structured promotion.
Just screams professionalism.

This was amazing! Only thing I would say as a listing agent is don't price a home at a price like $249, 900. The problem with his type of old school pricing is you're going to miss out on thousands of people nationwide that start their home search at $250, 000. So over $100 you just missed them. They never knew that house was there if they start their search at 250k. I sold an expired that the previous agent listed it at $299, 999. So over ONE DOLLAR they missed out on thousands of people that start their search at 300k. They were on the market for 6 mths with the previous agent with no offers. I listed it at $300, 000 and sold it in a weekend with multiple offers for $312, 000. Trust me on this all you listing agents out there

I’ve watched a ton of listing presentations and keep coming back to this one. This is flawless. Not once in this video do you hear Brandon say “If you hire me, I’m gonna do everything in my power…” blah blah. Same thing you every other agent say. Even other “coaches”. EVERYTHING is covered. This one is just, different. idk how to explain it
