CCNA Routing & switching: understanding Public and private ip

There are certain addresses in each class of IP address that are reserved for Private Networks. These addresses are called private addresses.

RANGE OF PRIVATE IP:

Class A 10.0.0.0 to 10.255.255.255
Class B 172.16.0.0 to 172.31.255.255
Class C 192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255

I have a little doubt
In company's they take one public ip and convert to private IP addres to there system's .
How all users can access net with there ?

Hello Sir,
If private IP addresses are free, why can we said that < If we do not subnet, we will waste private IP addresses spaces? > I understand that subnetting private IP is important to facilitate hierarchical networks, but how we are wasting them exactly, since NAT is even there.

Class is good. I have a doubt that Is 1.1.1.1 is routable?

In a LAN network we can not assigned same IP address to different systems. in ur video example 192.168.1.1. I don't think it is possible.
