Fake pills are becoming more and more common. Please be very careful what you buy on the street. They look real but are not.

Never has been a more dangerous time to be an addict. Many opiate addicts with crazy high tolerances like I had would likely be ok but Fentanyl put into things like Xanax, Valium, Meth, or even Marijuana can be instantly fatal. Please be careful and if you are absolutely going to insist on using then keep some Narcan handy, it may make the difference between life and death!
Best thing to do if you have an addiction is to get help! It works too!

I’m so glad Fentanyl wasn’t a problem when I was using pills off the street years ago. I wouldn’t touch a pill if I was an addict unless it came from a pharmacy

It’s really easy to tell a fake m30 if u know what to look for. Real m30s aren’t blue but more white with lots of little blue speckles, and the M has wings it isn’t like the M on your keyboard, look up the Motorola logo for reference.
