Its not a big deal if you got scammed buying sealed vintage products if they are around the price of used ones, I see people charge around 30k+ on a sealed iPod 1st gen, obviously it can't be a scam but if you get scammed paying that price then its a shame and you just feel like your life is over or smth

I had something similar to this with the weird screen protector in the box like yours, but my iPod’s back had the logo with the p slightly separated to the rest of the letters so I could tell it was a 3rd party one immediately. Same thing with the iOS version happened. I bought it on Amazon and it was supposedly new. I kinda knew that it was a scam but I wanted a working product so I went for buying it. I believe there’s still a listing on Amazon for the product currently.

I bought an iPod touch 4 from Amazon and it looks exactly like this! Same packaging with fishy fonts and iOS 4 wallpaper, but product arrives with iOS 6 and in great condition. Very weird

I live in Australia and I wanted to buy an iPad for $USD from eBay but my mom said don’t buy it because they’ll scam you or something like this… she also told me that she don’t want to buy apple stuff on eBay US because eBay international shipping cost a lot of money for sellers to ship internationally but this video is the great example for the dark side of the online purchase.. thank you iClassic for giving me the clear explanation about why people get scammed!
