Talking about Mahabharat, it mentions many names of far away places that are still known today, i.e. like "Gandhaar", which is actually today's Kandahar that's in Afghanistan.

Maya doesn't really mean magic, it kinda means "Worldly Illusions"

This is true & Mahabharat refers to the immensely talented & blessed Maya Asur who built magnificent palaces/buildings!

When i was a kid i thought that humans spoke the same language, but as they get a little separated due to better life conditions thousands of years ago, they started changing accents and it as time goes by, generations and generations, people literally changed the language by using more and more accent through many generations. Cuz i learned 4 languages by the age of 17 and i realized there are so many similar words that mean the exact same thing in many many different languages

Yes, indeed there is a connection.
Mayans were great builders and expert in using 'Maya' means magic. They were worshipers of Aasuras from Patal loka, and had immense knowledge and power about buildings and mazes. Mayan Civilization was called 'tal-loka' in Indian culture, where they had direct connection with ' Patal Loka ', realm of Aasuras.

6yrs ago, when visited Chechen itza. Our guide greeted a family visiting from India. He informed us that Ancient Indian culture reminded him of his Mayan Culture. I described the multiple similarities .

Almost every single mayan stelae has a human figure performing some type of mudra and/or asana. It couldn't be more obvious that both cultures had a common origin.

Of course, there's a connection... The Hindu artifacts were found from many remote places in America, like caves of grand canyon. Also, in Japan n Russia too, Hindu artifacts were found buried deep at various places in a small backward village and some of the remote places still have a Hindu, aka Sanskrit names...

Arjun went there, defeated their kings and brought them in Rajasuya Yagya and again went back with all kings to drop them with lots of precious gifts. South American kings called him mad because nobody does that. Arjuna replied “yes, we are mad for our Dharma” .

According to scripture, the world was once one people with one language, and the lands masses were all connected. When the Elohim changed the languages and split the land into separate continents, the peoples on those land masses retained remnants of the original culture.

And an interesting fact is that both Tamils and Mayas used to play the same games for example Aadupuli aattam, which is played even today in Tamil Nadu. The Mayan calendar and the Tamil calendar mentions the start of Kaliyuga just around the same time ( with a difference of a decade)...
There are many temples in India which are said to have connection to the Paathala loka and it's said that people from there visited these temples on many occasions. A Chola king was said to have married a princess from there...

Native Americans migrated over from Asia. Words are sometimes used for thousands if not tens of thousands of years and remain relatively unchanged, which is why there are many shared words found in distant cultures which sound similar and have similar meanings.
