To reduce hair fall, have a balanced diet that is rich in protein. Use a gentle shampoo for your scalp. I switched my shampoo and hair conditioner to littellextra cocoonniion a year ago, and it has reduced my hair fall.

Let me just say that I started eating pumpkin seeds everyday and I am seeing the positive effects. I cannot believe it still.

It is incredible that such a small amount of nutrition can make such a difference.

I have used Finasteride for 23 years with no ill effects and still a full head of hair at 50. I was thinning at 27 but now have about the same at 50 as at 27.

Is this one edited? I've already watched this one.

Well crud I’ve been already on Finasteride for a few months. No side effects yet but gonna stop before any happen. Trust me I did a lot of “testing” to make sure I had no side effects! But that pumpkin seed regimen has me convinced. I’m going to throw away the Fin and start an edamame, jalapeño, and pumpkin seed daily snack.

So it's the exact same effect when you eat the whole seeds instead of taking the oil?

Are used to have soy yogurt and pumpkin seeds every day. I still have the soy yogurt but I stopped eating pumpkin seeds. I guess I better go back to the pumpkin seeds. I don’t like soy milk so I chose soy yogurt. Should be OK. Thanks for the video.

How do pumpkin seeds affect body hair generally? Should I be concerned about growing knuckle hair and a monobrow?

So could my regular intake of soya milk account for my improved hair It used to fall out in handfuls. With reference to one of your other videos on this topic, I used to eat tuna at least once a week. Mercury?

Too many bald vegans to get on board with this as anything other than a fix for an existing deficiency. Nice to know these foods help one maintain.

Fingernails: OK so I half-watched this when it came out, and obviously did not pay attention, missed all the androgen stuff. I just thought hair/nails - same stuff, right? So I missed the point. My nails have always been terrible - fast-growing fragile. My thumb nails would never grow out to a round shape, but were always delaminating and splitting off like the leaves of a book. Looked pretty nasty, especially in a HC environment.
So I began to eat a small hand-full of pumpkin seeds per day, expecting nothing. Nail growth slowed substantialy, so I continued. Now finally my nails are a lot tougher, rarely tear, and my thumb nails have both grown out to a complete shape. Only my on domiinant hand is there the last bit of the top layer at the tip still splitting, but it looks as if that will grow out too, eventually.
Looking at the nutrient content of pumpkin seeds, I don't see anything that I would have connected with hair or nails, such as biotin.

Is it better to grind up pumpkin seeds rather than eat them whole?

What happens if we eat the pumpkin seeds with their shells?

FDA approved oral Finasteride & topical 5% minoxidil work very well for men suffering from Androgenic Alopecia and have an EXTREMELY low chance of side effects. I know many many people who take both with no issues nor have I ever met someone who has any. Mention this please.

Just to clarify, is edamame the same as soybeans?

Oh interesting, I eat all three so I'm good.
My mouse does have a small random bald patch, so maybe I`ll give them a little bit of pumpkin seed.

If you want to slow hair loss or improve hair growth, do grounding - that is, walk on the ground/earth in bare feet. There's an electric charge that goes through the hair, through the body, and out the feet into the ground. If this electrical path isn't used over a long period of time, the body says, "well, this hair on your head isn't being used, so we may as well get rid of it".
