Well, there are a family that believe beneath me that have caused nothing but trouble and a rude. Neither none of them work and yet they have fancy cars. They work together as a team and disrupt All hours of the night. If you're polite to them they go into this accusation and weirdness. Getting worse. Its not difficult for them to access education and employment. Many countries attempted to run integration programs. Offering education to the young and work for adults but most didn't utilize it. The stereotype of being Thieves and grifters is a well earned one, over the years they have adopted this "life style" as part of their culture, kids are even taught things such as quick change at a young age. You cant walk through a heavily trafficked tourist area in Eastern Europe without seeing large groups of them running cons such as shell games or pickpocket operations. Even more recently they have switched to abusing the tourist VISA system and have started running Grifts into places like the USA.

They are definitely scammers and thieves that have no shame in what they do. They did make stealing a part of their culture and religion so they can pretend they're doing nothing wrong as it is a part of their customs. Its so so annoying how nothing is done to the thieves.

I'm nearly 12 years working in the security sector and I can honestly say that they are a very problematic group to deal with. No manners, highly aggressive, and always try and play the victim when caught out. They don't contribute in any meaningful way to their communities and are just a nuisance. I know they're not all lost causes, but sadly, the cons outweigh the pros from my dealings with them.
