Run them parallel to each other. It will put less pressure on your shoulders. Your shoulder are not supposed to be rotated backwards like that. Using them parallel is natural shoulder movement and will build better size while having less risk of injury. Also, higher reps and less weight is more effective in hitting those muscles.

For the people saying it looks the same.. look closer, you can clearly see the elbows slightly forward more than the first vid. It’s not supposed to be a huge difference. Small changes make a big difference when it comes to form.

I do these regularly, I couldn't tell the difference between the two ways in the video. So I should keep my elbows slightly bent forwards when doing them correct? Thanks.
