Reacting To Non-Binary YouTuber Ryan Beard:

In today's video I am discussing why the term "non-binary" makes no sense and enforces strict gender roles. I also speak about parents raising gender neutral "theybies".

I got the "maybe you're non binary" before. Because I happen to be a female mechanic. I like dresses and nail polish and also happen to like pulling a heavy ass gearbox out of a truck. That doesnt mean I cant be a woman. I find it pretty disrespectful to tell me that I dont qualify as a woman just because I happen to have some stereotypically male interests.

I love the kid who was asked what makes a boy and the boy literally slapped the response of “a X and Y chromosome”. 😂

As a computer programmer, I didn’t know that binary could be considered a gender

I’m literally just more feminine than most guys. It doesn’t make me “non binary” 😭

The worst part is that speaking the truth is basically a social death sentence nowadays

Can these people please not put children through this bs by claiming their baby is genderfluid, like they will just grow up confused of their identity 😭

its so confusing. When I was a kid, I liked Barbies but I also liked Hot Wheels but I didn't like to wear dresses much. I also didn't like some types of dolls and I liked to play in the dirt and climb the trees with my Barbies. That didn't make me any less of a girl and it certainly didn't make me a boy. What I don't understand is how they claim to be so against gender stereotypes but when their child doesn't fit within those gender stereotypes they claim to be so against they immediately hop on the bandwagon of "my child is trans" Why can't kids just be kids?

YES!! I agree with you 100%! I'm a tomboy and always have been. Even at 5/6 years old, I understood that I was a girl who didn't like traditionally feminine clothing. I don't conform to any gender norms and I dress like a man half the time. But at the end of the day I am still a WOMAN.

I once had a “non binary” ‘friend’ and it was really clear how unstable and narcissistic she was, everything was about her ego and getting attention. The narcissism was off the charts. She broke contact as soon as I started asking critical questions for making her “uncomfortable”.

One of my coworkers asked if I was a lesbian because I'm still a virgin. I'm sorry, I didn't know having sex with every guy I've ever found mildly attractive was the only way to live as a straight woman. Geesh. And I only just turned 22, 4 years I've been an adult, yet I was the strange one (even as a minor) for still being a virgin.

I’m not really against non binaries or they/them, but what really hurts is the thought of people confusing personality with gender and transitioning simply cause of that alone.

I've never understood how intersex is suddenly the gotcha argument.

I'm a tomboy with short hair please leave me be😭 people always think I'm nonbinary, it's pretty sexist really...

You're definitely correct about the internalised misogyny. I used to think I was non-binary or trans, but that was only because I hated being a woman and would do everything I could to look more masculine like cutting all my hair off and wearing men's clothing. I'm so glad to have escaped that hole I was in. My hair is now down to my waist and I like being female. I mainly still wear masculine-looking clothing because it's comfortable, but I fully identify as a woman now and I'm happier for it.

It sickens me seeing parents deciding what their child is and isn't and basically deciding their future despite their kids being what age? 10? When the brain isn't fully developed and it's easier to influence/brainwash them? This should honestly be criminal but unfortunately it's not.

That little boy in the intro: "An X and a Y chromosome"
He's so much smarter than many adults 😊

I’m a very heterosexual man who loves to cook beyond the barbecue; appreciates and participates in the maintenance of a clean home, along with proper functioning; very much enjoy the theatre, but also hard rock, delta and rock blues.

Does this mean I am non-binary? No. It means I am eclectic and open to a number of different experiences. Also a man.

We’re not all crazy. I’m 16, so I’m a Gen Z, and I don’t understand non-binary either. I have two older brothers. I grew up playing in mud, with trucks, climbing trees and getting my knees scraped nearly weekly. Still a girl

I’m female, and one time I felt real sick and wore baggy clothes outside. I spoke with a low, hoarse voice at the grocery store and the clerk called me “sir”. I didn’t even bother correcting him because who the fuck cares? I can’t believe these people crying about it like someone killed their mom.
