Stir Fried Potato with Minced Pork

Ingredients:
400g minced pork
1 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 tbsp chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cups water
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp light soya sauce
2 tbsp dark soya sauce
1 tsp sugar
1tbsp cornflour mixed with 50ml water
Method
1. Combine first 3 ingredients ( minced pork, salt and pepper).
2. Heat up the pan and put some oil
3. Fry now the chopped garlic until light golden brown
4. Add in now the minced pork, mixed them well until the pork almost done.
5. Add now the potatoes, mixed them then can add water
6. When its starting boiling can add the rest of the seasoning (oyster sauce, light soya sauce, dark soya sauce and the sugar)
7. Put the lid on and bring this to boil.
8. Can add now the cornflour solution to thicken the sauce
9. Now we can add the chinese cooking wine and the sesame oil.
10. Dish up and serve
