Top 5 TAMES in ARK Survival Evolved

These are my personal favorite dinosaurs in Vanilla ARK.

everyone are right cause duh our own opinions but the BEST creature in ALL of ark is the dodo due to it being the first thing we all tame when we are new and they are just god damn adorable

Argy: strong, sturdy, they have great utility, they can fight and theyre beautiful

5 Beez. (Cementing paste and can be an easy quick swim to get pearls)
4 Daeodon (easy knock out tame and heals your creatures)
3 therezinosaur (great harvester for wood, thatch, fiber AND berries and has nice damage also can knock things out)
2 pteranodon (first flier always a game changer)
1 SPINO( my favorite dinosaur in general because of its fascinating biology and size, it has good water movement, high damage and it’s just in general a really cool Dino)

I've had a vulture shoulder pet for most of my time in Ragnarok, and that little bugger had saved my ass so many times, and it's great because they can eat a ton of animals. I do love them

My other favorites are probably the Argent, Iguanodon, Pelagornis, Vulture, and Raptor. The Iguanodon is awesome, because they can sprint on all fours without using stamina. Great berry gatherer, and making getting around the map quick.

Wow, this is very unexpected. Trike deserves more love, tlc wise and more mentions. Another creature that doesn't get a lot of love is the mesopithicus. Yeah he might seem useless but having a monkey flinging poop and slowing down a raptor chasing you just enough for you to get 😁

These may not be all that useful but my favorites are

1)Sinomacrops (only shoulder mount I use anymore)

I've got a basilisk about 6 months ago, max level is terms of levels after tames but it's my go-to for torpor heavy tames. Mosas, Gigas, you name it. No oxygen stat so I can use them on land and in sea.

5: the spoon cuz it’s super strong and can kill some big and small dinos
4: daeodon heals dinos good for boss fight
3:argy can carry a lot of weight and is a good flying dinosaur
2:the giga giga has a lot of damage and good for exploring some dangerous places
1: the titan of course u can build a house on it and u will be in the house while ur friend is riding it’s just fun
0: the high lvl dinos I’m looking for but never found it

easy answer
1. wyvern godlike creatures essential for some bosses
2. direwolf my favourite creature and really good cave creatures
3. carcha new dino are really fun to use
4. ferrox very fun creature
5. thyla great creature but ugly claws and hard to tame

1. argy (good weight reduction, can lift lots of dinos, strong in killing big carnivors)
2. meawing (raise babies, farm berries, fast, early game)
3. anky (farm flint and metal)
4.doedicur (farm stone)
5. Snow owl (heals you)

Top 5 tames i like 1. Argy sturdy good weight cuts down the obsidian to 50 pounds when you put it on the argy 2. Giga amazing for pvp raiding bases and mauling other people 3. Mammoth cause when i was playing genesis 1 i tamed a mammoth but i only had the mammoth for 20 minutes but they are great for narcoberries 4. Lighting Wyvern if you had atleast 7-9 wyverns going after a rock elemental would defintely kill it 5. Rock Golem Excellent fighters against huge dinos (rex, allo, argy, thorny dragons, and other small deadly dinos.
