The Doctrine of the Rapture Part 12 - Appointed to Wrath

Brother James continues his study on the rapture, emphasizing the distinction between the rapture of the church and the tribulation, which is meant for unbelieving Israel and the Christ-rejecting world. He explains that the rapture, as described in 1 Thessalonians 4, is an event that could happen at any moment, without any signs, and believers should live in constant expectation of it. The church is not destined to face the wrath described in the tribulation, which is a time of judgment for Israel due to their rejection of Christ.

Brother James references several Old Testament passages, including Zephaniah and Isaiah, to show that the tribulation is a period of God's wrath. He stresses that the church has been delivered from this wrath through Jesus Christ. The study highlights key themes of the rapture, judgment, and the separation between the church and Israel’s future tribulation.

I'm loving this teaching. At the 5:00 to 11:00 is Pastor Knox basically saying the 3 1/3 years trib and 3 1/2 years wrath are the same thing? Our is he just clarifying specifically on the wrath? I'll listen a third time and wait to see if he covers this in more depth in the future. Thank you.

I have a question on part 3 you said God will resurrect our body just as we we are same color of skin and face, if Christian who died at age of 90 not a pleasant face wrinkles skin sagging, and been obesity . Do believe that when God purify our bodies of sins, will your body look Ike when you are same age of Jesus Christ 33 years old body ?

I listened to this again and again. I wish I could say I followed it clearly. Three peoples, then, after the GT? The Body, now in glorified bodies, which rules and reigns with Christ; Gentiles redeemed during the GT; Jews likewise. That may not be what you said. I'm struggling to fit it all together. I do have a "What about...?", which is... What if I believe I'm saved yet I feel anything but qualified to be part of an elite ruling class? Also, is all of the 70th week God's wrath or 3-1/2 years the wrath of the beast and only the seven bowls God's wrath poured out on the earth?
