Although I think the Tarantino conspiracy is the most whacky conspiracy on this list, Tarantino did say that the light in the suitcase is whatever you want it to be...My favorite one and the one that makes the most sense would have to be Joker being a disgruntled soldier.

Jules Winnfield in Pulp Fiction is actually Nick Fury, and Marsellus Wallace's briefcase contained the Mind Stone. After collecting that, Fury went undercover again, calling himself "Mace Windu, " when S.H.I.E.L.D. sent him to collect the Power Stone.

I'm not sure which of the Infinity Stones he's trying to find in that Capital One credit card commercial.
