It would be interesting to know how much he paid for his condo, how much it costs to maintain it, how much property taxes are, and whether he rents it out when he's not there?

Gary, does the Mexican government charge you a 30% withholding tax on foreign (canadian Dividend) income, or do they leave you alone, and you just pay the CRA every year? Thanks, Bob
