Why would he let Loki have the Teseratt Cube which contained an infinity stone to conquer earth if he was?
Thanos was not interested in earth either until Loki was defeated by the Avengers also.
Thanos followers preached to Loki about other worlds the Teseratt would "unveil" for Loki's ambitions.
Why would Thanos or his followers be set on helping Loki if they had this much greater mission???
