Truck crashed into my vehicle at work. I already had cervical disc replacement that failed. Now the doctor wants to take that out the artificial disc and fuse my neck in two places. I need an operation for a herniated disc in my lower back. The Workmen’s Compensation carrier sent me to two doctors and they both said I’m 100% temporary disabled last one was in July 2023. around November is a year from my operation And they’re going to go for a degree of disability I want to get 100% disabled. I am in radiating pain I need at least two more surgeries. I can’t even sit in the chair long since I had two of their doctors say I’m 100% disabled and nothing has changed since July when I last seen their doctor in 2023 do you think I got a good chance of getting 100% disabled permanently because come November nothings changed I don’t know what job I can do since I can’t even sit on I can’t stand long and I have ongoing radiating pain 24 hours a day I couldn’t even answer phones if I wanted to
