Everything this man says is correct. As a guy who works nights, I try to sleep no later then 6:30am waking up at around 2:40pm. Sometimes I falter and im working on that but when I get that 8 hours I feel invincible when I go in that gym by around 3:40pm. Trust Hamza as the value of sleep literally dictates your mood and the choices you make that day. Imma try to increase the amount of sleep I get as I know it'll only benefit me.

What he said about alarm clocks is a 100% true, waking up to light is way more gentle than sound and you'll wake up fresh af. However not everyone can do this naturally which is why I recommend buying a alarm clock that works on light, it will slowly wake you up as the brightness increases. They are quite cheap and definitely help.

I dont know who needs to see this, but i just started exercising consistently and after only 2 weeks i am already seeing results. Although they are only minor results, i am amazed to see how quickly i actually started building muscle, and even after seeing only a slight improvment it has motivated me to go harder in the gym. Melatonin will literally be your best friend help you get in to deep rem sleep quicker which is when the muscles fibers are getting repaired

Also one important factor to sleep is stress. If you have constant stress, even during the day, it will have an effect on sleep quality. So also try to reduce stress during the day💪🏻

getting enough sleeps feels really hard for me, mainly bcs of school, I have to wake up everyday at 5.30am to take my bus and I would get back home at 5.20pm and then theres homework and all the other stuff. So it just feels I have no time for myself and end up staying up late trying to compensate for that.
