I myself just recently came out of Mormonism. I just told my family of my decision today, actually. It was literally the promptings of the spirit that led me to the Jesus of the Bible. Even when I accepted Jesus, I delved into occult and new age teachings- being so ignorant of its effects. But thankfully the spirit told me I’d be distancing myself from Jesus if I continued to delve into the new age. So I prayed, God answered my prayer- and then I started learning about the truth of new age, what God warns us about it and I clung to the Bible. God showed me how demons are real, and he showed me that demons were in fact, affecting me and causing a lot of sickness and pain in my body. I’ve been on a journey ever since applying the truths and repenting of sins that have brought bondage in my heart and my life. And I’m grateful Jesus has showed me truth. He cleanses us from all sin, darkness, all lies- and he’s the one to set us free from the enemy- our healer and deliverer.
I’m grateful he got me out of wherever I was at and led me straight to him. I will forever cling to him for the rest of my life 💕

Oh wow I’m realizing how the enemy tricked me and I had a gotten all these library books about law of attraction and self help and had them laying around my house with teenagers here. Oh Jesus I repent for that and thank you for protecting us from going further than that in Jesus Mighty Name.

Thank you!! As a loving parent to many young, beautiful adults like yourselves, I’ve seen a few of our children get into yoga, get into the new age “law of attraction”, I just thought it was innocent until I’ve seen a distancing of not wanting a closer relationship with me, outside from dinners on Sundays here (I feel you’re all grown now, lets do weekly coffee, chat, I eat too, I’ve been waiting for this, …etc), it saddens me. I prayed and do pray about it, then I learn of yoga and law of attraction in other videos, but you brought it home being young and also have gone through it. There’s been a few flags earlier on went they were just getting into it like haunted noises in one of their homes, I don’t hear of anymore occurrences, another is “I can achieve anything mode..”, yet all were raised in the faith, so I pray. *What is your advice to start breaking the chains the enemy has strategically, in time, lies of deception placed on them? *How do I start, all I know is prayer. I do see artifacts like a small Buddha amongst the plants, this child thought it was cute, but I see it as a door of evil entry. If I say anything, they think I’m a fanatic, “chill mom, we need boundaries, you need to get help, therapy, so you can be as happy as we are”, attitude. “I”, a loving Christian mom, praying silently for each, helping them in every way, again, I don’t want to drive them away, I believe the enemy would love that, so I pray. Please help me with some ideas. I came across your channel after praying, so I subscribed and I’m sharing with the other family members with young adults ( ages 20-35) and it’s been a “Blessing” at the perfect time. Please keep doing videos, God is using each of you (us, and everyone listening, commenting) to be the hope, to know what we are up against and to have the tools to overcome and win victory over this and set our children free, especially with everything happening in the world, knowledge is power, power is fear over faith. Yoga, meditation may seem to have the best of intentions, but they WILL ruin your life and possibly drive you to end it. I was there, but thankfully Christ found me when I least expected it. And I leaped out of my chair when she said she started to get angry when she started yoga. THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME! I would randomly lash out at people and I had never done that before.
The enemy is EXTREMELY CLEVER in how he works. I still catch him sometimes hiding under layers and layers of intellectual "reasoning". Stay alert and God bless you all!

I hope you ladies are still checking the comments because I have a question. Could you please expound on lucid dreaming where you start engaging in spiritual warfare? Within the past year or two, not every night, I have dreams where I will plead the blood of Jesus or cast out demons, or engage in prayer engage in prayer, or resist the enemy at me with seduction. I thank the Lord for this but also haven't been able to completely make sense of it.

About asking for forgiveness: If you have completely trusted Jesus Christ and his accomplishments at Calvary, you don’t need to ask for forgiveness because you already have it, Colossians 1:14 KJV (although acknowledging your sins is not a bad thing)! If you believe that you can lose your salvation then you have never truly trusted Christ, you are not yet a saved Christian — and when you ask for forgiveness, God does not even hear you.

Yoga might be ok if you just focus on the exercise part of it and don't do the religious part of it. Same goes for the different types of Karate. Chuck Norris stays away from the religious parts.
