My dads got sleep apenia too. They gave him a mask that's connected to a machine that he has to wear every night it does keep him from snoring but he has sleep on his back anytime he moves the mask comes off.

I'm not sure if this is appropriate for Trent's condition but it may help with snoring. You can ask your dentist about a snore guard. It an appliance you weàr in your mouth at night. It keeps your jaw in such a position that can prevent snoring. Just a thought.
