They almost let my child die. I was able to beg friends for money. They said I had to pay the deductible before they would do the surgery. The insurance ended up charging even more for the surgery. They don't care if we live or die.

Someone illegally killed someone who was legally killing people.

Can you imagine if the media put this much attention on the people that die as a result of poor healthcare

Luigi Mangione can now sue CNN as their expert nurse Candace just said Luigi did it, claiming that he's guilty prior to a trial. That's defamation.

Why are the reporters saying he’s guilty? He has not been to court yet.

CNN, quit calling the public reaction "distasteful". It is distasteful that you try to marginalize public sentiment. When was the last time you criticized the legal murders these companies committed?

They keep saying this poor man lost his life, but the truth is that if he was a poor person instead of a rich CEO, they wouldn't be going through this much effort to cover the story.

The outrage against the United Healthcare CEO who denies life-saving healthcare is understandable. But where's the outrage for the greedy politicians and lobbyists who have created this for-profit healthcare monster in the first place?!

It is appalling that a 26 year old (allegedly suspect) had to waste his bright career and future to get America to Address the critical issue of the evils of private healthcare.. Very sad..

The fact that Luigi wanted to make sure no one innocent gets hurt, speaks volumes. Means he genuinely cares about people and the better good of Americans 👏🏻

Luigi is the only person to ever read the 10, 000 words of fine print on the policy.

They should be concerned. People are waking up and realizing its not left vs right. Its up vs down. And we outnumber them. The power is with the people.

THANK YOU LUIGI! I have had a stomach issues for over a year and told its in my head. I went this week again expecting the same and this time they sent me straight to labs and diagnosed me, im being treated now ❤ thank you Luigi! I strongly believe you made a difference. They allowed me to name multiple issues during one visit instead of making me have separate appointments like before. I also got referrals without asking! THANK YOU LUIGI!

Please prepare a news clip on why healthcare executive was not prosecuted for denying coverage that resulted in the death or severe impairment of claimants.

Luigi is a NATIONAL HERO, no matter what the media/authorities portray. There are prisoners from inside the prison jail shouting "Free Luigi" - That is mind blowing revolutionary & speaks volumes!!!

MSM is tone deaf, they do not feel your pain. Those reporters are mostly millionaires with excellent health care, they don't get it.

When Mr. Mangione goes to trial remember what Mitch McConnel once said, "let the people decide".

I dare them to find 12 average Americans who haven’t had a negative experience with the healthcare system

Becoming angry and fed up after witnessing prolonged and rewarded unjust behavior isn't a sign of mental illness. Yes what he did is illegal but if anyone looks you in the eye and says they don't understand why he did it, that person is lying to both you and themselves. I hope he's tried in New York City because if so he has a very real chance of being acquitted by a jury of his peers. I can't speak to what he would do with his life after that happens, but it would at least be a moment in history that we could point to to show that the middle class has its own version of power that money simply can't buy. It shouldn't have to be fear that motivates the rich to do the right thing, but it also shouldn't be money that motivates them to do the wrong thing. I feel sorry for Brian's family, but at the end of the day this would not have happened to him had he made better decisions that were well within his power to make.
