Don't worry, you keep doing content like this, and one day, you'll own that Manhattan Beach house. You're very talented. 🙂

I’ve lived in Culver City for 5+ years and I believe it’s one of the best places to live in LA hands down 🙌🏽 so much to do, very walkable and charming

I grew up here and feel so jaded so its really nice hearing someone's perspective who's relatively new to LA and making it work for them. After watching now I'm like shit maybe I'm just taking everything for granted

I totally agree with your view of the city. My old teacher once said that a city reflects who you are and what you attract, meaning that if you’re not a shallow influencer, you’re gonna see and appreciate the genuine good stuff here

Always love your videos! Glad to be here early! Just moved to LA in August and your videos were helpful before and after my move. We moved to Pasadena and it feels centrally located enough for us even though we still have so much to explore. Not as close to the beach but not too far from anywhere

Funny and adorable. LA is my favorite place. Haven't lived in Southern California for thousands of years when I was a kid, but went back 4 years ago for a visit and my heart is still there. It's my happy place, even when I'm in the crappy neighborhoods lol. There's just something in the air there that I find nowhere else. I've lived in South Florida for many years now, but if I were younger and I could afford it I would move to LA.

One of the better reviews of the city of LA! Nice work. I am in Santa Monica now but have lived in Hollywood, West Hollywood, Van Nuys, Sylmar, Burbank, and Glendale. So I’ve seen a few places! My favorite being West Hollywood and Santa Monica!

I am a motorcyclist (which has its benefits and drawbacks) so most of the traffic is easy to navigate. For sure dangerous, but I’m trained and wear the right gear and stay on top of my motorcycle maintenance. For those willing to dedicate themselves to being safe on the road, motorcycles are a great way to get around and avoid traffic!

LA is what you make of it!

If you want to be close to the beach, as in Malibu, but can't afford Santa Monica or all the South Bay cities (like Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Newport Beach and surrounding area), then try the West San Fernando Valley. It's much more affordable, plus it's an easy hop on the freeway to LA, plus there's Ventura and Santa Barbara in the other direction. But you can take the canyon (Topanga) to Malibu and surrounding beaches. It's only about a 25 minute drive through the canyon.

I'm an LA native and could not imagine myself living in the West SIde. It's hell on earth imo. What's the point of being close to everything if traffic makes you want to cry? This guy should have looked into Long Beach. It's the West Side minus the traffic and more affordable. It also puts the OC beach communities in play.
