Lateral Band Walks

Wrap a band right above your knees or around your ankles (ankles is more difficult). Assume an athletic position with your hips back and knees slightly bent. Take a lateral step and push against the band while keeping your head and chest up and keeping your hips low. Follow with the trail leg and continue the process for the desired number of repetitions.
