Thanks for your clear explanation of the primary and secondary formula. I would appreciate if you could explain how to design a transformer if a core size or dimension are given. Please show it on your next video.

Dude this is my answer to your problems regarding the size of wire you use I hope I can help all of you in a simple way, this video is almost perfect compared to others, . Ok, how to find the wire gauge?just follow the equation of this video, find out the current and buy AWG wire gauge table book

mike, I wanted to help your followers and thank you for this video, .the size of wire is based on the current of the transformer's so you need to use AWG table or AWG wire gauge table

As soon as you have Vp and Vs calculated 240/20 is a ratio of 1/12 - so either divide or multiply by 12 on Ip and Np.
Or is there a situation where this would become invalid seen as we are using a balanced equation.

High school physics was love...transformers get ugly in college when u introduce nonidealities and have equivalent circuit...

sir you make a video on calculate of the following namely .1. turn per volt 2.wire size calculation for both primary and secondary side of transformer 3.cross section area of transformer core etc.all these calculation related to E I type core transformer.

Hi sir,
question,
how about the given is voltage secondary, turns secondary and frequenzy?hiw to find number of turns and voltage of primary?

well, nice explained, but you never named, what is 12.and what is the ratio? is it 12

The only thing missing from this video is that number of turns does NOT = resistance. You have to select a specific gauge wire x length of wire to get resistance.

i wish you would explain without the formula wheel which we aren't going to have in an exam
