Arduino Tutorial #7 (analogRead & Serial Monitor)

Показать описание
Using a 10 kOhm Potentiometer, we will send a 0 - 5 V DC signal into the Arduino Analog Pin and we will make use of the analogRead instruction to print the corresponding 0-1023 value to the Serial Monitor. Then we will make some changes to the code to provide a conversion from the 0-1023 value to a 0-5 volt value displayed on the Serial Monitor that mirrors the voltage signal coming from the potentiometer.

I would like to propose a suggestion which could explain the varying voltage when the potentiometer is fully active. I believe there is a certain tolerance to resistor varying from +1% to usually around 5%-10% from my experience anyway according to the colour bands chart. So the potentiometer could just be cheap and not set very well.
