I apologize for the incorrect judgment regarding its authenticity. Additionally, I would like to explore another perspective on this matter. Given the current circumstances, this bronze sword is a unique item. Can it prove the existence of a glorious ancient civilization? Could it have arrived here through trade? Or perhaps it is a spoils of war brought here? If it was locally produced, there should be remnants of bronze smelting workshops in the area to validate its local origin. Bronze objects are not simply made of copper; they are made by extracting pure metal from copper ore, tin ore, and lead ore, and then mixing and smelting them in specific proportions to create bronze. One can try to simulate the size of the entire workshop to understand its magnitude.

The dating of this sword, would mean it is utterly singular. Completely without even remotely comparable contemporary artifacts previously discovered. Which means the dating is ridiculous. This is the opposite of how artifacts are dated. The conspicuous lack of details regarding how this 1000 BC date was reached certainly do not add credence.

So I guess everyone is a mineral expert? Do you guys even know how bronze looks like? Bronze oxidizes in a green colour of silvery blue. Thats the most I know tho

3, 000 years? As a Chinese person, I speculate that this bronze sword was buried just last week. Don't ask me for reasons, just compare it to the bronze swords from China's Qin Dynasty over 2, 000 years ago. Maybe Europeans have no idea what bronze as an alloy is.
