You shouldn’t be selling your TIME - you should be selling your top notch, straight to the point knowledge!! That’s what people need. Instead they pay thousands to be strung along, maybe given some good advice, maybe not. Maybe a lot of things can’t even be changed. All the while, paying money-grubbing divorce attorneys thousands of dollars. It’s a terrible system and divorce is terrible, any way you slice it.

When I realized that my marriage was in trouble I started interviewing every attorney around who gave free consultation and that was almost ‘all of them. Hi Mr Foley, thank you for your educational videos on divorce. My question is that I am a custodian parent of two. It's been almost 7 years. I still have not received a dime from her. She only speaks to the kid on the once a week. I feel like the court is not being for to me. She gets whatever she wants. I work 6 days to take care of my kids. I work so hard. Some of my friends tell me that I need to hire a female attorney. What do you think m lost this has been going on for 7 years n I don't get no help from her. N also if my kids don't want to go to her. What options do they have please? They hardly know her because they don't see them.

I went through a divorce with a child i tried to get an attorney but he wanted 300-400 an hour for 8 hours of time. Being on social security kind of hard. Couldn't find a probono attorney..

I agree you do pay for the lawyers time that’s why they drag it for as long as they can. The women win. They hire an attorney who advises them to use the silver bullet and lie say the man is abusive get a restraining order against him. Get him thrown out of a house that he pays for and has to continue paying for and can’t see his kids and the the wife is screwing another man in the house he’s paying and they are living off his money. While the man is an emotional wreck. Women ask now why don’t men want to get married anymore. Who wants to work hard and lose all his shit because a women got bored and doesn’t want to be a wife anymore only to take the same behavior into another relationship. Judges and lawyers work together because of the money. It’s not the best interest of the kids it’s the best interest of the judges and lawyers bank account. The laws will change when it’s start happening to the judges and lawyers. Judges and lawyers won’t have jobs anymore when men won’t get married and have any kids

Before you get married, go attend 3-5 divorce court sessions AND avoid lawyers at all costs ( period )

It was very difficult in court because you feel retriggered and you have to wait and listen to everyone else’s story, it’s so humiliating. It’s very expensive to have a lawyer and before you know it two years of fighting and a lot of money is gone only to have to start over with nothing, but the attorneys they come out on top. Yes the divorce ends and then picking up the pieces begins. I guess talk is not cheap.
