What if Qui Gon SURVIVED against Maul?

Side Notes:

Obi Wan in this scenario would be granted the rank of Jedi Knight. Anakin may still turn in the future. But, it would be much harder for Sidious to convince Anakin when he has such a good teacher. As well, Qui Gon was not on the council and openly disagreed with them at times, so Anakin would not feel like his master is not on his side.

I really wish Disney does a “what if” tv show for Star Wars like the marvel one. There are a lot of moments that can have huge impacts on the Star Wars universe like if Luke gave into the dark side and joined palpatine or if jar jar is an actual Sith Lord

That’s why the song for the Phantom Menace was called duel of the fates. It was literally a duel to determine the fate of the chosen one and the galaxy. One road leads to Qui Gon surviving the battle and being the one to train Anakin to be a more balanced Jedi. The other road leads to an inexperienced Jedi Knight to train the chosen one who is more rigid and follows the Jedi code rather than the will of the force, this leads Anakin more susceptible to the dark side and falling.

I think everyone would love Anakin if he followed in qui gons footsteps he’d probably joke around with the younglings instead of yk murdering everyone
