This song was inspired, written and recorded in quarantine. I wrote it with Jordy Searcy sending voice memos back and forth the day after I flew home from the 'Old Friends Acoustic Tour' being cancelled. A couple weeks ago I decided to record it. John Fields and I recorded the parts at our houses and sent files back and forth until it was finished. Aaron Sterling added just the right amount of spice. Justin Kila brought the best John Hughes movie poster that never existed to life and Eric Michael Savage took the picture of me that ended up on the cover. I hope listening to it brings you as much joy as making it brought me.
