Just wanted to mention as someone who works in eyecare, the glasses aren’t broken at all, they just need an adjustment and a lot of glasses places will adjust it for free or at least very cheap! Just go in and ask if they can tighten the frames.

Yessss so many people act like you have to have the most elaborate skin care treatment with 5 million different expensive products, always have the newest trendiest clothes, and super expensive perfumes and stuff. It’s so nice to see people who don’t waste money on stuff they don’t need❤

just a reminder that if you own three purses or something from a 'trendy' brand it doesnt make you an overconsumer. overconsumption is constant purchases due to new trends, or overpurchasing items that arent needed (ex. owning 10 stanley cups)

Queen!! Yes!! I used to be sooo materialistic. Over the last couple of years you could say I’ve had a sort of existential crisis and finding out that all of this overconsumption and materialism means absolutely NOTHING!! You will not take any of it to the grave and owning more does not make you a better person in any way shape of form. Super refreshing to see this!
