This hatha yoga love is a delicious yoga practice as we focus on breathing deep throughout. Open yourself up to receive more air and love! With this breathe deep flow, allow this to be a moving meditation by entering a meditative state of mind with each breath you take. With all our breath-work during the practice there is a good chance you are going to feel all sorts of zenned out after 🙃 I know I did! #feeltheyogahigh
