The River Biala rages through the southwestern Polish town of Glucholazy, near the Czech border, as Storm Boris triggers floods across the region. Swathes of Poland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia have been hit by high winds and unusually fierce rains.
