I wish there were videos just like this but with way less talking. I personally watch these to see the weather events, and don’t much care for the explanations.

"Oh look. Danger is coming right at us. Let's stand here as long as we can until our lives are threatened." Weather really does bring out the STUPID in people.

I'm currently making weather forecasts for India with limited data, and it's been quite challenging, especially considering it's crucial for my work in the Air Force. It's astonishing how frequent thunderstorms occur there. Despite the difficulties, I've developed a deep appreciation for studying weather during this demanding course. It has been a tremendous learning experience

The wettest place on the planet had just received the heaviest rainfall in 27 years and we have been getting non stop rain for a month with devastating tragedies and 36 deaths from landslides and other natural calamities caused by rain. Please pray for us. Love from Mawsynram, Shillong, North East India.

I hope that clinic wasn't too damaged in the first clip.
I'm glad we didn't see video of the family celebrating and being swept away by the flash flood. Very sad they didn't listen to the warnings.
The clip with the flood coming down the street was terrifying. The guy in the black SUV looked like he had enough room to abandon his vehicle and get to the sidewalk area. But the guy car surfing had to be petrified. I'm so glad to hear he was rescued. I thought I saw other people being swept in the water too. When that white box truck is shown it appears someone is behind it coming down the street. But it could have been other debris.

When I live in Osaka, I have never experienced this kind of thing,
But the roof of houses or the glass window of a building is broken by the Osaka typhoon
Many cars were blown, trucks fell, and bridges broke.

The preceding debris fields can be more lethal than the water itself.

Those caught by the debris fields can be forced beneath the onslaught, ripped apart by jagged, fast moving debris or crushed as it compacts around them.

Debris fields may also provide survivors something to climb onto, keeping them out of the water.

Few things are more powerful and potentially lethal than fast flowing bodies of floodwaters in residential areas.

That was truly frightening. Your remarkable composure in keeping yourself and your family calm is commendable. I'm relieved that everyone made it out safely

That streaming mud and wood @ 7:08 that was coming towards those people reminded me of that 60's sci fi movie "The Blob"

I’m from CT and we had huge rain storms 10 years ago. Their is a lake an a dam. The dam was raging with water washing out everything below including houses and rushing along the side of the road. I sobbed when we pulled into a gas station at higher ground because I felt so terrified for the people who’s homes were in the flood. My abusive ex was annoyed at me crying over it. He was quite heartless.

In July of 2014 there were 4 days and 4 nights of rain in Denver, Colorado. Everything flooded there too. basements were definitely deep underwater. It was scary.
