after installation jdk I check cmd prompt type javac and it's get error 'javac' is not recognized as an internal or external command aperable program or batch file. now what Chan I do how solve my problems it's same error from cmd prompt after or before installing jdk

I have installed jdk1.8.0_231 and jre1.8.0_231 under Program Files/Java, and when I check in cmd > vaja -version ; It shows up java version "1.8.0_231" but when I check with javac, I got the message that 'javac' is not recognized as an internal or external command. Now My question is : Q1. Is there any problem with my installation ? if so, Q2 . Would you please let me know what is the problem & how to fix it ? Thank you

I have a problem with java for quite a while now and I still cant find any solutions for it. After I download the installer of any java file from the browser and try to open it, the run as administrator thing will pop up then nothing happens.
