On 08/16^2024, I took a flight from Istanbul to Chicago via San Francisco. Since then, I still hasn't received my luggage. I raised a claim, but still no response about my belongings. I'm an student and I have most of my belongings worth 2000 $ in that luggage including my clothes and literally everything. I have only 2 pair of clothes with me and above that I need to go to my university from Monday onwards. How Am I supposed to go without any clothes. It's so disappointing Turkish airlines. I'm unable to contact airlines also and they told me it will take maximum of 20days .How am I supposed to survive for 20 days without any of my belongings. It's a shame, especially considering the price of the tickets!!The minimum would be provided the provide the promised service or at least to compensate quickly in the problem.

What ever you do, do not fly with Turkish air. They will bump you from your flights and rebook you on low cost partners. Their customer service is woeful. Do not book.

Terrible service. Saturday flight from Cairo to Atlanta cancelled. Claims it's a schedule change. A scheduled change is maybe an hour difference. Not an entire day. Complete inconvenience, especially since only one flight leaves per destination, per day. I wish Delta flew to these international countries.

never ever I'll purchase ticket again from this trash company
