Coding Fundamentals Announcement

Channel Update
The channel name has been changed from Amateur Coder to Tadas Petra (my name). I think Amateur Coder made it seem like I am just a beginner, and all though I still have a lot to learn, I have been in the field for a little while.
With this new name we are going to have the same values, of teaching people in the simplest and best way possible. And to continue with this goal we will start working on fundamentals of coding as well. A lot of the queries don't necessarily have to do with Flutter specifically, and can be answered by having good fundamentals with coding overall. However flutter is not going anywhere, but for this next part of the journey we will be working through the OSSU open source university.

I got drawn to your channel a few months ago by some link referring to GetX, which I was eagerly exploring at the time, and I didn't really care about the name at first. But, yeah, after some time I found it kind of awkward, giving the impression of a place where things were done at a very basic level. I of course was already aware that this was certainly not the case, but someone seeing the name in a link somewhere for the first time, might get just that wrong impression. So I definitely think it's a good move to change the name. And I'm looking forward to your upcoming videos. Stay safe and God bless you!

I also like "Amateur Coder" and after watching your first video it was clear that you are not an amateur and that I'm in the right place to learn something. But also I understand your concerns and that announcement with fundamentals is awesome... there is a bunch of folks they started to code but they come from different backgrounds and don't have a clue what is going on and why :) So I'm super excited to see more videos on flutter but also to refresh my knowledge of the basic stuff...

if you may, Take from your followers some questions that contain logic to build a widget, such as: a store opens 12 hours and it has 3 employees who provide a service and you can book with one of the employees .. Each employee has free time and reserved time based on previous reservations .. We want to divide the working day into parts of each part that express 15 minutes to be displayed as an option to book. Please note, it is necessary to remove from them the reserved times... this might be a bad idea .. but I hope you will.

man, to be honest with u amateur coder really never meant anything wrong or diminutive. Anyone who codes and has seen your works here can realize u are definitely not a beginner, U are a professional, and to be honest, the environment u make the videos on really go with the name " Amateur Coder".

It did make you look like you were an amateur... For literally 10 seconds. After which you start talking and it becomes obvious that you're not.
Although I don't think using your name as a new name was a bright idea. Your previous name made it obvious that you were a coding channel. Not anymore.
Anyway, even thought they tend to have fewer views, what I really like about your channel is all the videos you made about mocking and testing. Those videos are hard to find, especially in-depth ones, and I really hope you'll make more of them.
